- Loenbro is looking for experienced Welders to join our Casper Fab Shop team.
- We are looking for hardworking professionals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in welding to complete jobs for customers on time and on budget.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of welding principles experience.
- Welding experience in the construction, mining or related industry or prefer a two-year vocational-technical degree.
- Must have working knowledge of various welding codes and specifications.
- Must be familiar with of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Must be a quick learner and motivated.
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
- Must be able to work as a team and solve problems.
- The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Nice to have
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
