Communicate planning outcomes, changes, and access constraints to project teams and key stakeholders to ensure safe project delivery.
About you Experience in Track Access Planning, Possession Planning, Rail Operations, or a similar railway infrastructure environment.

Provide accurate track access information to SSOW Planners to support the production of Safe Work Packs (SWPs) in accordance with NR/L2/OHS/019.
Support the Practice Manager (Track Access Manager) across multiple projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating track access, possessions, and isolations to support the safe and efficient delivery of rail projects across the UK.

Submit and manage possession and isolation requests through PPS/GZAC and other relevant planning systems within required timescales.
Strong working knowledge of Network Rail Standards, Rule Books, possession planning processes, and safe systems of work.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines.

Experience using rail planning systems such as PPS, GZAC, or equivalent access planning tools.
