Responsibilities
- Promote a strong HSEQ culture and support in delivering our "New Tomorrow" initiatives.
- Implement necessary changes for project and company growth.
- Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, update and maintain all project records.
- Track progress, manage budgets, and report outcomes.
- With a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, we work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional wind energy projects worldwide.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of wind turbines and direct management experience is highly preferred.
Skills
- To apply you need to be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and willingness:
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels.
Compensation
- Willingness to travel to project sites, with an expected 25% travel requirement.
- It is vital that you maintain a presence at the project site and have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude to our projects and begin each day with a focus on safety.
- You shall expect up to 50 days of travel per year.
