Partner closely with our internal case managers and clinical teams to ensure a holistic, seamless support system for every client.
Maintain a vigilant focus on member safety within all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
Maintain a valid and active permit to practice psychotherapy in the province of Quebec, Ontario (e.g., OPQ, OTSTCFQ, CRPO), or another province Possess appropriate and up-to-date professional malpractice insurance.

Demonstrate 3 to 6 years of experience as a registered Psychotherapist.
Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
You may be required to communicate in French and English.

Conduct virtual sessions for members with mental health symptoms.
Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 32 hours) per week, including a flexible rotation of days, evenings, and weekends.

A motivated self-starter who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to shape the future of accessible mental health care.
