Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative environment, prioritizing emotional stabilization, safety, and the cultivation of psychological resilience.
  • Partner closely with our internal case managers and clinical teams to ensure a holistic, seamless support system for every client.
  • Maintain a vigilant focus on member safety within all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
  • Maintain a valid and active permit to practice psychotherapy in the province of Quebec, Ontario (e.g., OPQ, OTSTCFQ, CRPO), or another province Possess appropriate and up-to-date professional malpractice insurance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate 3 to 6 years of experience as a registered Psychotherapist.
  • Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
  • You may be required to communicate in French and English.
