About the role
- As the Strategic Finance Manager you will be a key driver in the company's financial growth and efficiency.
- You will be instrumental in driving strategic business decisions through rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities
- Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, including the preparation of internal management and board reporting.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to drive a deeper understanding of the business and its financial performance.
- Coordinate with other finance and business partner team members to review financial information and forecasts.
- Manage, coach, and develop finance team members, promoting their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
- Lead ad-hoc projects that drive organizational goals, bringing together cross-functional teams for discussion.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business finance, consulting, or other relevant experience.
- Proven experience as finance leader with a track record of leading a team through successful outcomes.
- High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities, advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability to take complex topics, analyze and distill them down to actions and decision points.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, growth-oriented organization.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an environment with rapidly changing conditions.

Compensation
- $130,000 - $150,000 annual base pay. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
- Pay Transparency

- The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.
- Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.
