About the role

Opportunity PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Cook to provide on-site food preparation and meal services within a federally supported residential program in Estacada, Oregon 97023.

Knowledge of commercial food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
Ability to prepare meals for large groups while maintaining quality and consistency.
Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
Must successfully pass all required background investigations and federal security requirements before beginning work.

ServSafe Food Handler or Food Protection Manager Certification.
Previous experience in school nutrition programs, correctional facilities, military dining facilities, hospitals, or other institutional food service settings.
Experience preparing meals for large residential populations.
Knowledge of nutritional guidelines.
