About the role
- Join the Rocket Lawyer Attorney Network as an independent Contract Attorney.
- We handle the non-billable overhead-including client intake, administrative setup, invoicing, and payment collection-so you can focus entirely on providing high-quality legal advice.
- There are no quotas, no fees to join, and no long-term commitment.

- Document review, drafting, and contract analysis
Requirements
- Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and use our tools to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- No disciplinary history.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A customer-first mentality and a dedication towards going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Skills
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and a passion for accessible, client-centered service
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer consultations via phone and/or video conference.

- Rocket Lawyer Incorporated, acting as a staffing agency, contracts with attorneys all over the country who then get assigned to RLPS to provide specific legal services.
- Rocket Lawyer and RLPS started this contract attorney legal services program in July of 2025 with great success!
- We are now expanding the program and building the next phase of growth!
