  • In this role, you will serve as the agile product owner for scrum teams building solutions that help institutions improve student communication and engagement.
  • This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical execution, and customer experience.
  • You will partner closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Services, and Go-to-Market teams to translate institutional needs into product capabilities that create real user and commercial value.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for Message and Involve, ensuring alignment with roadmap goals, cu stomer needs, and technical dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of a product roadmap that meets customer and business needs.
