Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll troubleshoot AI behavior, partner with other engineers to fix root causes, and continuously enhance platform performance across LLMs, agent workflows, and backend systems.
  • This isn't traditional support-you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how AI is built, used, and experienced across the organization.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Set aside 40-45 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes games and questions.
  • Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready.
  • You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
  • You'll answer questions to share your skills and experience and bring your personality to the interview.

Compensation

  • $65k-$150k
