About the role

- Moreover, the BXDA aims to balance the need to seek appropriate punishment for certain crimes while recognizing when punitive measures do not adequately advance justice.
- This Human Resource Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for performing recruitment, on-boarding, and personnel activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating the onboarding of new hires and transfers by ensuring completion of all necessary documents and information have been reviewed and submitted, including civil service processing.
- Review and maintain all pertinent pre-onboarding documentation.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment within NYCAPS eHire.
Requirements
- Reviewing applicant resumes and qualifications to determine suitability for meeting the minimum qualifications of the position.
- An associate degree or completion of 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time professional experience as described in "2" above.
- However, all candidates must have a high school diploma.
Benefits
- A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to "1", "2", "3", or "4" above.
- College education may be substituted for professional experience at the rate of 30 semester credits from an accredited college for one year of experience.
