About the role

  • Assigns work to appropriate S&O operator, and Operator B personnel, and instructs them as to proper procedures and gaging methods to be followed.
  • Submit workorders for down equipment and help set priority.
  • Vendor engagement and scheduling in alignment with Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility for this position is to support the operations of a $40 Million business that manufactures mechanical Aerospace components.
  • This individual will provide quality support to the quality personnel to enhance business performance in the areas of mfg. cost, output, safety, and quality improvements.

  • Work with Engineering for new part setups (machines and rates) as well as new machine design and application.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent related experience
  • Ability to get along with others
