Responsibilities
- Develops actionable insights by analyzing industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors, contributing to the formulation of effective business solutions.
- Designs and develops industry-leading frameworks for analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data, ensuring the continuous enhancement of analytical processes within the business analysis function.
- This role manages large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to organizational performance.
- Communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors is expected.
Requirements
- Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position will determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives.
- The position typically requires a strong foundation of knowledge, typically supported by a university degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
- FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation.
- The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
- Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
