- Navan is seeking a proactive Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Operations Team.

Responsibilities
- Architect & Configure: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, with a primary focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
- Data Migration Lead: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Workday EIBs, managing high-volume data uploads, mass updates, and complex data transformations with surgical precision.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, prioritizing the People Systems roadmap for global impact.
- Advanced Analytics: Build and maintain complex Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, and Dashboards to provide the leadership team with real-time, actionable data insights.
- Enablement: Develop "best-in-class" documentation and conduct global training sessions to promote best practices across the People Operations team.
- You won't just be maintaining a system; you'll be a strategic architect scaling our global infrastructure to support rapid expansion and a world-class employee experience.

Requirements
- High-level domain knowledge of EMEA labor laws, statutory absence types, and payroll integration touchpoints.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- EIB Proficiency: Advanced skills in building and executing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data loads and system integrations.
Compensation
- $75,900 - $168,800 USD
- The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need.
- To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
- For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
- Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
- Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.
