About the role

The Kodiak program is looking to fill an Administration Technician position located in Herndon, VA, supporting a dynamic business office.
Candidate will also coordinate intra- and inter-organizational referrals.

Position requires candidates to have a minimum of 6 full years of experience, specific to the skill.
A Bachelor's degree is equivalent to 3 years of specialized experience.
In addition, a Master's degree is equivalent to 2 years of specialized experience (up to a total of 5 years when combined with a Bachelor's)
The successful candidate will be required to electronically review a subset of newly processed documents
Must be willing to learn and to provide process improvement ideas that will enhance the performance of the team.

Must have strong skills in 'attention to detail' to ensure that case files are recorded and tracked accurately.
Strong work ethic; organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and management.
Ability to handle multi-tasking priorities, as well as adapt to changing work requirements.
Must have an understanding of security requirements and follow program guidelines/procedures.
Willing to learn and provide process improvement solutions/ideas.
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community
TS/SCI with Polygraph Required day 1
