About the role
- We're seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our AI-powered platform.
- The role is initially part-time with flexibility to grow.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff
- Develop and maintain a coherent design system that balances speed with consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation
- 4+ years of product design experience shipping web applications
Requirements
- Experience with interaction design, not just visual design-you think in flows and states
- Ability to produce everything from rough wireframes to polished, production-ready specs
- You'll define the experience layer for a product that sits at the intersection of AI capabilities and critical business workflows.
- Familiarity with finance team workflows, accounting concepts, or fintech products
Nice to have
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
Skills
- Interactive workflows where users refine data cleaning through natural language feedback and see results in real time
- Dashboards and visualizations that surface transformation logic in terms finance teams understand and auditors trust
- Onboarding and education patterns that help non-technical users confidently adopt AI-powered tools
- Previous work on dashboards, data tools, BI platforms, or analytics products
