About the role
- Our client is building the infrastructure layer for expert-curated, extremely high-quality data powering the world's leading AI models.
- They're seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy, UX, and design for the platform that connects world-class experts to frontier AI research.
- You will own their expert-facing and customer-facing product surfaces - defining how experts onboard, vet, contribute, and maintain quality, as well as how researchers and enterprise customers interact with their data-delivery systems.
Responsibilities
- Product & Design Leadership
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across product management, UX/UI design, and product operations.
- Own prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and execution cadence across product verticals.
- Design world-class onboarding, vetting, and work interfaces for a global network of experts.
- Build systems that ensure expert motivation, fraud detection, and sustained high-quality contributions.
- Partner with Delivery to translate operational workflows into intuitive and elegant product surfaces.
- Partner with Research & Applied AI to integrate ML-powered capabilities across expert and customer interfaces.

- Strategic & Entrepreneurial Leadership
- Founder-like ownership with experience scaling 0→1 and 1→100 products.
- Operates fluidly from long-term vision to pixel-level detail.
- Thinks in systems, leverage, and outcomes - not just features.
- Design Taste & User Obsession
- Deep aesthetic sensibility and product craftsmanship.
- Relentless focus on user empathy and behavior - especially experts and researchers.
- Balances simplicity, beauty, and utility within constraints.
- Technical Fluency
- Comfortable with data systems, ML workflows, and APIs

- Preferred Background
- Prior entrepreneurial or founding experience strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Highly competitive - final compensation will depend on experience, skill level, and location
