Responsibilities
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Requirements
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
Nice to have
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Additional Job Standards:
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
Compensation
- $17.75 - $25.00 per hour with 3rd shift differential
- All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. (Remove for non-pay transparency states)
Benefits
- Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
