Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
  • Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Requirements

  • Process billing information and collect payments when required

Nice to have

  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Compensation

  • $17.75 - $25.00 per hour with 3rd shift differential
  • All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. (Remove for non-pay transparency states)

Benefits

  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
