About the role

The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
Our Philosophy of Service: We believe all people have the right to adequate housing and health care.
We work to remove the barriers that restrict access to these rights.

Plan and execute internal events (e.g., sober celebrations, alumni days, graduation ceremonies).
Evaluate event outcomes and collect feedback to improve future programming.
Organize community service opportunities for residents in alignment with recovery goals.
Associate or bachelor's degree in human services, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in event planning, volunteer management, or community outreach.
Experience working in recovery, social services, or nonprofit settings preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
