About the role

  • Job Title: Cheerleading Coach for Military Camps NOT a WORK FROM HOME JOB: These camps take place all around the world and on military installations.
  • Our signature "360" approach weaves together education, wellness, and personal development, equipping kids with essential life skills like discipline, teamwork, confidence, and resilience.
  • To bring this vision to life, we're recruiting experienced, enthusiastic cheerleading coaches ready to travel to military installations for multi-day camps or clinics (typically 4-5 days, 3 hours per session).

Responsibilities

  • We inspire and empower thousands of young athletes each year through dynamic camps, leadership training, and comprehensive programs that cultivate character, encourage healthy lifestyles and physical literacy, and support social-emotional growth.
  • Now, we're excited to introduce dedicated cheerleading-specific camps and clinics-designed to help military youth sharpen their cheer skills (tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance, cheers, and routines), enhance self-confidence, strengthen team bonds, and thrive in a fun, high-energy yet supportive atmosphere.
  • Coaches will lead training sessions, provide mentorship, and create unforgettable, transformative experiences for the military kids.
  • We're growing quickly and building our cheerleading coaching team-opportunities are limited, so don't wait!
  • The Cheerleading Coach will play a vital role in developing and implementing cheerleading programs that engage, educate, and inspire participants of all ages.

Requirements

  • As a premier youth development organization with more than 13 years of experience, MVP360 Sports harnesses the power of sports and performance activities to drive positive transformation.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cheerleading, sports management, recreation, or program coordination.
  • MUST HAVE a valid and up-to-date driver's license, pass all local, state, and federal background checks.
  • MUST be able to travel and be away from your home of record for at least 6 days at a time.
