- discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and delivery-ready specs.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations, maintaining schedules and workflow across the team and monitoring progress at frequent intervals.
- Particip ate in retrospectives and team reviews, contributing feedback on process improvements and team workflows.
