About the role
- Ensure power press machinery (C upper s, Body Maker s, Trimmers, Balers, and Conveyance Mats ) is properly maintained and running at peak efficiency within quality specifications.
- Help train other employees on how to troubleshoot.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of tooling usage per machine
- Perform preventative maintenance on all Front End machinery
- Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints/ drawings ( DWGs )
- Intermediate knowledge of US measurement.
- Experience with calipers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, and depth micrometers.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Ability to understand conversational speaking
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - per safety guidelines
- Ability to work in an environment that can become very hot (temperature) depending on the weather.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Manufacturing facility is a plus.
