Requirements
- 1 In depth knowledge of Service Now (or required to learn this ticketing process)
- 2 In depth knowledge of Enterprise Network Devices/assets
- 3 In depth knowledge of hands and feet technical experience with premise wiring
- 4 In depth knowledge of network asset troubleshooting methods and upgrades
- 5 In depth knowledge of network asset installations - Enterprise Routers, ECDS devices, WAAS, Switches, WAP and wiring
- Network Architecture and Infrastructure skillsets are required to configure in addition to project coordinate experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and work towards a solution with implementation teams on high priority issues
