TYLin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality Rail + Transit design projects and programs. The Opportunity
Based in New York City, you'll manage and deliver major Rail + Transit projects for agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, PANYNJ, NJ Transit, LIRR, Metro-North, and others. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate on national pursuits with agencies like WMATA, SEPTA, and CTA.

Lead and deliver complex Rail + Transit design projects, from early planning through final design.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and career development.
Collaborate with senior leaders nationwide to pursue new opportunities and strengthen our Rail + Transit practice.

With over 3,000 employees throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe, the firm provides support on projects of varying size and complexity.

10+ years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in Rail + Transit projects.
Ability to balance technical delivery, business development, and team growth responsibilities.
Proven success delivering Rail + Transit engineering design projects, programs, or on-call assignments for major agencies.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating teams.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $150,000 - $230,000 annually for this position and local market.
