- The Opportunity
- Based in New York City, you'll manage and deliver major Rail + Transit projects for agencies such as MTA, Amtrak, PANYNJ, NJ Transit, LIRR, Metro-North, and others. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate on national pursuits with agencies like WMATA, SEPTA, and CTA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex Rail + Transit design projects, from early planning through final design.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and career development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders nationwide to pursue new opportunities and strengthen our Rail + Transit practice.

- With over 3,000 employees throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe, the firm provides support on projects of varying size and complexity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in Rail + Transit projects.
- Ability to balance technical delivery, business development, and team growth responsibilities.
- Proven success delivering Rail + Transit engineering design projects, programs, or on-call assignments for major agencies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

- Additional Information
Nice to have
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY strongly preferred.

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $150,000 - $230,000 annually for this position and local market.
