About the role
- A self-starter who is user-focused, detailed, and solutions-oriented

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation thoughtful journey maps, user flows, site-maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Follow an an iterative, evidence based design process, prototype, define experiments, and validate design ideas.
- Collaborate with other designers, product, and engineering partners, to deliver impactful work to users.
- A track record of delivering impactful design solutions and a history of successful collaboration with product and engineering partners in an agile product delivery organization.
- Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of user-centered design, visual design, brand development, and how products are put together.
- Effective communicator of the user's perspective throughout the design process.
- An understanding that UX is more than just UI, but includes all user-centered design activities from research, concepting, flows, sitemaps wireframes, prototypes, annotations, and more.
