About the role
- We are seeking a Master's Level Behavioral Health Provider to provide GI focused behavioral services to our adult GI patients.
- Your role will complement services provided by other members of the care team.
Responsibilities
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments to design and implement relevant and concrete goals that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes related to their GI condition(s).
- Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge base
- Our team can provide training, in addition to ongoing consultation and support.
Requirements
- Contribute to company wide development of psychological best practices and feedback to share your professional experience with other team members and further improve member experiences
- Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or other relevant field.
- Must be licensed in California**
Nice to have
- 3+ Years Relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, teaching relaxation strategies that impact brain-gut connection, Motivational Interviewing, (experience with GI focused care is a plus)

- Competitive, commensurate with experience, with annual bonus eligibility

- Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in electronic health record and comply with guidelines outlined within company clinical protocols and other related manuals.
