This role helps maximize equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Success is measured through safety performance, equipment reliability, work quality, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Technical degree, vocational training, or apprenticeship in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
