Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces to maintain or enhance appearance.
- Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment.
- Regularly walk, stand or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 100 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle.
- They represent typical elements and criteria necessary to perform the job successfully.

Requirements
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Continuous learning and willingness to expand skills and knowledge.
Nice to have
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Proficiency in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on call as needed
- You will use a company vehicle.
- There is no additional compensation for travel.
- ACCOUNTABLE TO: Operations Manager
- The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to work independently to address a wide range of issues.
