Responsibilities
- Perform related work.
- Provides store support by promoting asset protection and safety awareness.
- Maintains asset protection office and equipment to established standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- The responsibilities, duties and qualifications required of personnel may vary.
- Must be at least 18 years old Machines and Equipment Operated: C.C.T.V., DVR and digital camera equipment.
- Recognizing the required criteria to determine what constitutes shoplifting.
- Develop proficiency with WinCo's C.C.T.V. equipment, locks and door hardware.
- Obtain State or Local certifications as required.
Compensation
- Pay Range USD $20.65 - USD $26.11 /Hr.

- Assist store management in maintaining a safe environment for our customers, vendors, and employees.
- Provide presence and professionalism aimed at de-escalating situations that arise within the store.
- Assist internal Asset Protection staff conducting various investigations.
- Typical Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrates professionalism and excellent judgement in a fast paced retail environment.
- Detects, apprehends and processes shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local laws/regulations.
