About the role

The Oncology Nursing Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting compassionate, high quality cancer care across assigned TOI clinics.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced oncology nurse who is ready to grow as a leader while staying connected to meaningful patient care.

The Nursing Supervisor will help build strong clinical teams, support consistent workflows, promote teammate engagement, and contribute to a positive environment where nurses feel supported and patients receive exceptional care.
Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and operations teams to improve patient care delivery
Support clinical excellence, patient access, and safe nursing workflows
Help create a positive team culture focused on growth, support, and continuous improvement
Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses, including performance evaluations, competency assessments, and training on new workflows to ensure consistent, high quality care in assigned markets and clinics.
Provide direct care to patients, as needed, to support adequate staffing levels, patient access, and continuity of care.
Partner with Nursing leadership to interview, select, onboard, and mentor nursing teammates.
Serve as a resource for staff during busy periods, ensuring they have the support they need to provide exceptional care to patients.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role strongly preferred.

Strong clinical knowledge in oncology nursing practices and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to make sound decisions.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in oncology nursing.

$95,419 - $113,278 USD

Conduct regular meetings with the nursing team to provide support, reinforce expectations, and identify ongoing education and training needs.
Coordinate staff schedules and monitor timecards, in close partnership with market and pod leadership, to ensure adequate coverage, efficient operations, and seamless patient care.
Collaborate with TOI physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery.
