About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across internal systems and external accounts, and for delivering financial reporting obligations to our lender, regulators, and external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Our team spans trading, engineering, and business operations, working together to build and support the systems that power the firm.
- Own the books and make meaningful impact within your first year
- You will work closely with trading, technology, and external partners to maintain control over finance, deliver actionable insights, and improve processes as the firm continues to scale.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred 3+ years of experience in financial services
- broker-dealer or proprietary trading firm experience preferred Familiarity with exchange-traded derivatives, futures, and options products
- Series 27 license required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire NetSuite proficiency preferred
- Numeric, Rippling, and Ramp experience a plus High proficiency in Excel required
- proven ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues independently
Compensation
- Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
- The base salary for this role is 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year
