About the role
- NakedMD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire top talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar recruiting role.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Compensation
- $72k-$78k
