About the role

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides case management and clinical oversight for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
include assessment, treatment planning, parent training, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members within a university-based autism treatment program.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment programs.
Analyze data and make treatment recommendations to support client progress.
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
Develop and deliver staff training related to behavior analytic procedures and clinical best practices.
Collaborate with families, psychologists, educators, physicians, and other professionals involved in client care.
Model intervention procedures and support generalization of treatment programs.

Conduct assessments including functional behavior assessments, curriculum-based assessments, skill acquisition assessments, and treatment evaluations.
Conduct competency assessments and performance feedback.
Promote procedural integrity and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct parent and caregiver training.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings.
Provide direct treatment when clinically indicated.
Participate in Scott Center and university meetings.
Adhere to BACB Ethics Code, Florida Tech policies, and applicable payer requirements.
