About the role
- The Facilities HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across both residential and commercial areas of the resort.
- This full-time role is open to candidates seeking either seasonal or year-round employment.
Requirements
- Team members must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally move appliances or equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with team assistance or appropriate lifting equipment.

- Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- This role includes indoor and outdoor work across the resort and may involve changing weather conditions, noise, moving equipment, working at heights or in confined spaces, and using tools and equipment for extended periods.
