About the role

Successful HRBPs serve as employee champions and change agents.
This position is part of a progression with increasing levels of responsibility, competency, and skill.
The title and pay grade of the position will be determined by the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Implements HR strategies that are aligned with business needs through influence and change management. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with client groups to drive business results
Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to develop strategies to respond to changing needs.
Promotes and fosters inclusion and opportunity in the workplace to support a high performing culture.
Researches, documents and presents special projects as assigned. Assimilates information and recommends company action based on findings and available funding.
Implements HR strategies that are aligned with business needs through influence and change management. Develops and maintains strong business relationships with client groups to drive business results; serves as a key member of business unit leadership teams.

Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, or related field highly preferred.
Masters in HR strongly preferred.
Two (2) years of related HR Business Partner experience required.
Experience in a role supporting senior leadership is preferred.
Proficient working in a large HRIS is preferred. (ex.

Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organization needs and goals
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited information and engaging stakeholders to reach clarity.
Adapts seamlessly to changing priorities and deadlines
High curiosity; eager to learn and understand a wide range of energy industry, business and creative subject matter
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Travel is required throughout the year to meet with clients, travel can increase throughout the year as business needs required.
