About the role

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts- Sunday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests submitted through online portals, email, video calls, and telephone in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support on warehouse processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory accuracy programs, including communication and issue escalation with operational leaders and quality teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with inventory control requirements.
  • Support hose assembly and kitting activities to ensure accurate setup, service definitions, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and departments across the organization.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices.
  • Experience supporting inventory control, inventory accuracy, or warehouse operations processes.
  • Experience

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
