- About the job Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor for night shifts.
- The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the overall outside and vault operations at the Sydney branch and will focus on team leadership and process improvement.
Requirements
- You have previous experience within transportation and logistics, a unionized environment, the armoured car industry or similar environment
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- A good analytical proficiency with a strong customer focus and orientation
- You have proven leadership abilities and can make accurate & logical decisions
- You are self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to motivate others
- You have previous experience with Power BI and Business Objects
- You have intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
- A valid Driver's License and Possession and Acquisition License ("PAL") for both Restricted and non-Restricted, or the ability to obtain one within six months of taking this position
- Maintain required security standard and check inventories daily.
