Responsibilities
- Our culture is caring and thoughtful, and we deliver good-natured and informed service, perfectly executed to evoke a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
- Set and maintain appropriate table settings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including condiments and utensils items.
- Maintain assigned service areas, ensuring guests receive water service promptly and assisting team members as needed.
- Remove dirty linens, dispose of trash appropriately, and maintain cleanliness in all guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain strict uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift for extended periods.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on operational needs.
Nice to have
- Previous busser or food runner experience preferred, ideally in a luxury hospitality, resort, or pool environment.
- Food Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain during employment).
