Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment processes
- Maintain and update order data in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and teamwork
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 1 year in Order Management
- Hands-on experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- High level of accountability, resilience, and a collaborative team spirit aligned with Arxada's values
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $38,000 to $50,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
- This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
