Responsibilities

  • Support and assist various departments with ordering.
  • Issue and update maintain Open Purchase Order Reports
  • Interact and communicate daily with staff and support departments.
  • Join us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.

Requirements

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar.
  • 1-3 years' experience working in similar function
  • Supporting with monthly analysis of customer forecasted order reports to determine what packaging is required for ordering.
  • To undertake such tasks and to manage specific or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities.
  • Carry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Required:
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
  • Bachelor's or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar. May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Capability to set clear goals, communicate these clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets.
  • Desirable:
  • ERP/MRP experience SAP/JDE/Oracle
  • Excel Intermediate level experience, Examples Pivot Tables and Look ups
  • Preferred:
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

  • Ability to hold oneself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to display a willingness to make decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments.

Compensation

  • For Illinois residents: the hiring rate for this position is $56,720.00 to $63,810.00 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
