- We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in Morgantown, WV.
- This is a full-time, steady position supporting plant maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assigned maintenance tasks Perform and oversee: Soot blower rebuilds Pre-fabrication of piping systems Construction of access platforms Weld buildup of wear plates Plant equipment removal, rebuild, and reinstallation Serve as acting supervisor during forced and planned outages Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Position Overview The Crew Leader will oversee assigned maintenance tasks and support plant operations, including acting in a supervisory capacity during both planned and forced outages.
