About the role
- Family Office Advisory, Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers on large family office client relationships and/or manage operations for smaller relationships and serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client service needs.
- Act as a central coordinator and project lead across clients, internal teams, attorneys, accountants, trustees, and other external advisors to drive the implementation of complex trust and estate planning strategies, including entity structuring, gifting programs, trust funding, wealth transfer planning, philanthropic structures, and related family office matters.
- Translate client goals and requests into actionable work plans, driving execution across internal teams and external advisors to deliver solutions for clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients' expectations and preferences in order to serve as a knowledgeable client advocate and ensure tailored execution.

Requirements
- Ideal Candidate Background:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience. (Family office, wealth management, or other experience working with high net worth families is preferred).
- Proven thoughtful and dynamic leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients' expectations.
- Strong trust and estate and/or personal tax experience, and ability to present key concepts to clients.
- Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and Salesforce a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
Compensation
- Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
- There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $180,000 together with the benefits listed above.
