About the role

Responsibilities
- Own features end to end: discovery, implementation, rollout, and the metric that shows whether it worked.
- Build in our stack (TypeScript on the frontend, Python and Django on the backend) inside a large existing codebase.
- You ship customer-visible product inside a Core team in Financial Management, and you own features from problem to production.
Requirements
- A track record of driving end-to-end features (not just refactors) with visible product impact, ideally in B2B SaaS where the domain is hard.
