Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of external communications materials, including press releases, investor presentations, earnings call scripts, Q&A documents, and other investor-facing content.
- Manage the investor relations calendar, including the planning, coordination, and execution of investor conferences, events, roadshows, 1x1 meetings, and other market engagements.
- Maintain and enhance investor relations CRM database, investor targeting lists, and related records to support shareholder engagement activities.
- Maintain the investor relations website, ensuring disclosures, presentations, filings, and company information are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence and automation solutions to improve team efficiency, enhance analytical capabilities, increase accuracy, and accelerate execution of key investor relations initiatives.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and drives projects to completion.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or demonstrated related proficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IR, corporate finance, sell-side/buy-side role, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, including financial modeling, data analysis, and development of high-quality presentations for the investment community and executive leadership.
- Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, Visible Alpha, S&P Global, Nasdaq IR Insight, or similar financial and investor relations platforms.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for research, content development, workflow automation, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, SEC filings, and capital markets, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
Compensation
- Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.
- Target Base Pay Range:
- $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
