Responsibilities
- Support the COR Team with contract administration duties including preparing contractor discrepancy reports, drafting entries for the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), requests for equitable adjustments, cure letters, and default packages.
- Assist the COR/ACOR with developing milestones, reports, and trackers for all COR-type actionable items such as ECPs, TARs, RFPs, and IGCEs.

- Apply comprehensive knowledge of FAR, HSAM, and DHS acquisition policy to support Government acquisition activities.
Requirements
- A Secret-level security clearance is required due to the sensitive business and financial information accessed in this role.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting a COR in a shipbuilding environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of shipbuilding processes, techniques, and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods to organize, plan, conduct, evaluate, and administer contract requirements
- ability to produce COR reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Familiarity with DCMA and DCAA standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing organizations (DCMA, DCAA) and the overall acquisition process
- knowledge of contract administration service organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
