About the role
- This role involves leading the development of
- network solutions, overseeing their deployment, and addressing technical challenges to ensure optimal performance.
- With a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the technology landscape, the Network Manager provides a holistic perspective, enabling the successful delivery of innovative and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of MFS information systems by providing technical support.
- Proactively develops and maintains expertise in MFS information systems and their components, offering recommendations to enhance reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Leads complex projects, ensuring the timely achievement of objectives within defined budgets and expectations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
- Must have people/ team management experience
- 6-8+ years of related
- Experience in mitigating network security issues to assist in working with other technical teams on security issues.
- ability to work effectively under pressure and in 24/7 environment.
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Mentors technical team members and deliver technology briefings to IT and business leadership as required.
- Cisco certifications.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $110,000 - $ 158,500
- At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation.
- For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position.
- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
- In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
