About the role

  • This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, sales, product, and market intelligence.
  • You'll be an early team member helping define how Fabrion brings its platform to market - identifying new opportunities, crafting ROI cases, driving outbound research, and supporting partnerships and deals with OEMs, Tier 1s, and global manufacturers.
  • You'll work closely with our CEO and CTO to analyze top-priority customer pain points, translate them into product insights, and help structure high-ROI engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ROI models and commercial proposals to support POCs, pilots, and enterprise deals
  • Support end-to-end business development cycles: from initial outreach and discovery to proposal development and follow-ups
  • Front-row seat to the building of a venture-backed, AI-native startup

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
  • Advanced proficiency with GTM tools like CRM systems and modern sales enablement software
  • Work directly with the founding team at the most formative stage of the company
  • Mission-driven team solving complex data and AI challenges with global impact
  • A culture that values velocity, clarity, and trust - with plenty of room to grow as the company scales
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly at an OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier, is a must
  • 2-5 years in business development, sales, investment banking or management consulting
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI platforms preferred
