- Job Title Executive Director, Corporate Finance Job Description Client exposure, transaction oriented and working with senior group of experienced bankers and a growing team.
- You and Your Job As an Executive Director, Corporate Finance you will be successful originating and executing Mergers & Acquisition advisory and cross sell in Food and Ag.
- Valuation DCF, presentations, coordinate lawyers and consultants in advisory execution of buy sides and sell sides.
Requirements
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 15% of the time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred or at least 10+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking.
Compensation
- Rabo also contributes an additional 3% of your eligible pay in Safe Harbor contribution and up to 3% in annual Discretionary Profit Sharing contributions.
