About the role

  • Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Overview We are seeking a Senior Electric Traction SME to support a multi-year rail asset management transformation initiative. This role will provide technical leadership for electric traction assets and maintenance operations while supporting implementation of enterprise asset management processes and technologies.
  • Responsibilities Provide expert guidance for electric traction assets including catenary, substations, power distribution, traction power systems, and related infrastructure. Participate in requirements definition, solution validation, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure EAM processes accurately support maintenance and reliability requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with overhead catenary systems, substations, traction power, and power distribution assets.
  • Experience supporting or leading EAM/CMMS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience working on large transportation or rail infrastructure programs.

Nice to have

  • IBM Maximo experience.
  • Passenger rail experience.
  • ISO 55000 knowledge.
  • Electrical Engineering degree or related technical discipline.
  • Pay Rate: 65$ - 85$ Per Hour
