About the role

You serve as the strategic bridge to Corporate IT and the primary integrator for Hyundai's global systems, ensuring high-velocity delivery for safety-critical firmware.

Pipeline Architecture: Own and optimize GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines to drive firmware builds and automated regression triggers.
Build & Farm Management: Manage the build system (Bazel/Yocto) and the underlying infrastructure for the physical and virtual regression farms.
System Integration: Lead technical integration between internal 42dot environments and global Hyundai corporate systems/toolchains.
Custom Tooling: Develop Python/Bash scripts and internal tools to streamline workflows for V&V, Firmware, and Silicon teams.
Backend Infrastructure: Manage engineering services including FlexLM license servers, artifact repositories, and high-performance compute clusters.

CI/CD Mastery: Expert-level experience with GitLab, GitLab CI, and Jenkins at scale.
Build Mastery: Expert proficiency in Bazel and experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded.
Core Infrastructure: Proven experience managing Linux clusters, Kubernetes, and License Servers (FlexLM).
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to interface with Corporate IT and align roadmaps across matrixed organizations.
Expert-level experience with GitLab, GitLab CI, and Jenkins at scale.
Expert proficiency in Bazel and experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded.
Demonstrated ability to interface with Corporate IT and align roadmaps across matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with toolchain qualification for ISO 26262.
