- You'll serve as a trusted technical resource for your team and contribute to the success of complex, high-profile projects across Central PA.
Responsibilities
- Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.
- Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Perform hydrology, stormwater, and earthwork calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design software.
- Hands-on exposure to project design from concept through construction.

Requirements
- What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in land development design and permitting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
- Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and construction requirements.
- EIT required or in progress.
